Introduction / Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use apply to this mobile iOS application, which provides AI-powered document translation. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app is provided by an independent developer. No account or registration is required to use the app.

Description of Service

The app allows users to upload images, documents such as PDF and DOCX files, and scanned files for translation. Uploaded files are processed using third-party AI services through secure connections.

The app is intended to provide document translation functionality only. The app owner may update, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time.

Subscriptions and Payments

The app may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription prices and available billing periods are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when your purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings after purchase. If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.

Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends. Billing and refunds are handled through Apple under Apple’s applicable payment terms and policies.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload through the app. You must only upload content that you have the legal right to use and process.

You must not use the app to:

upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
upload copyrighted material without the required rights
misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the app or its services
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

The app owner does not actively review or monitor uploaded content.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, software, branding, and related content, is owned by the developer or licensed to the developer, excluding user-uploaded files.

Users retain ownership of the files and content they upload. By using the app, you grant only the limited rights necessary to process that content for translation.

AI Disclaimer

Translation results are generated with AI assistance and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose. The app does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of translations.

You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for personal, business, legal, academic, or other important uses.

Service Availability

The app is provided on an ongoing basis, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The developer is not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the app, including translation errors, lost data, unavailable service, or interrupted access.

Termination

The developer may restrict or suspend access to the app if a user violates these Terms or misuses the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and legal principles that apply to the use of the app, without affecting any consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
